We are currently looking for an HGV Driver/Loader. Experience within the waste industry is beneficial but not essential, and we welcome applications from newly qualified drivers looking to build their experience in a supportive environment.

Starting Salary: £38,679.22 per annum / £15.61 per hour
Bonus: £25 per day when working alone (single-manned)
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, with excellent overtime opportunities
Start time: 04:00 am – 14:00 pm
Overtime Rates: 1.5x Monday to Friday, 2x plus a day in lieu on Bank Holidays, or triple pay
Bank Holiday working is required

What will I be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and operating vehicles to collect industrial and commercial waste and recycling from customers. You will deliver a high standard of service while ensuring full compliance with both customer and SUEZ health and safety regulations at all times.
What are the requirements?
You should have a strong commitment to professional driving, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. A passion for delivering high-quality customer service is essential.

The Role Also Requires
- A valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC card (essential)
- Previous experience in the waste industry (desirable but not essential)
- Experience operating Rear Compaction Vehicles (preferred, although full training will be provided)
