About The Role
Location: Transfer Station, Wallsend Rd, North Shields, NE29 7SH
Hourly Rate: £15.94
Hours: 46 per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours per day:
- Winter: 10.5
- Summer: 11.5
Bonus: Quarterly bonus scheme in place.
Overtime and Weekend Work: Available
Shift Allowance: Weekend Shift allowance available
Training: Full training given
Responsibilities:
- Servicing HWRC & Transfer Stations sites in various locations within our Northumberland region.
- Driving and operation of Roll on Roll off vehicles.
- Collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers.
- Delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What will I be doing?
The role will involve the driving and operation of Roll on Roll off vehicles, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for professional driving.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
- This role will include lone working and a responsibility to load.
