We’re recruiting Skip Drivers in Wellingborough!
Whether you’ve just earned your licence or have years of experience behind the wheel, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re happy to support newly qualified drivers and will provide the guidance you need to become confident with skip operations.
About The Role
Location: Cawleys, Nielson Road, Wellingborough, NN8 4BZ
Salary: £37,936.76 per annum
Working hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 15:30pm
Please be aware some bank holiday and Saturday working may be required (overtime paid at 1.5x Monday to Friday, 2x + day in lieu for bank holidays)
Equipment: Full PPE provided

What will I be doing?
The role will also involve the driving and operation of vehicles, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and always ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own.
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
- LGV 2 Licence
- Valid CPC card
- Valid Tachograph card
