HGV Driver
HGV Driver – Civils & Lintels, Braintree
Aim of the Role Civils & Lintels exists to help build tomorrow’s construction projects with planet-friendly and people-friendly solutions. As an HGV Driver, you’ll be a key part of our delivery and collection team, ensuring our customers receive the right products, when and where they need them.

Responsibilities
As an HGV Driver with Civils & Lintels, your duties will include:
- Providing an effective, reliable multidrop delivery and collection service.
- Representing the company professionally out of depots.
- Delivering materials with care to construction sites and other depots.
- Working closely with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
To succeed in this HGV Driver role, you must:
- Have a valid current Category C HGV licence.
- Be able to work independently while also collaborating in a team.
- Be a great communicator – professional, approachable, positive, and polite.
- Be energetic, motivated, and passionate about your work.
- Have an advantage, especially if experienced in the building industry.
Desirable (but not mandatory):
- HIAB certificate (training provided if needed).
- Experience in lintel or building supplies delivery.
Note: Training for HIAB certification will be funded by the company, including a repayment agreement if you leave within a set period after qualifying.
