Job Title: HGV Jetting Rig Leader
Location: Swindon
Salary: To £38,844 depending on experience

The Role
We are looking for an experienced HGV Jetting Operative to join our operational team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of on-site services while leading and supporting operational crews.
- Leadership and Delivery:
- Lead and deliver on-site operations safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Review job packs, risk assessments, and method statements prior to work
- Ensure all vehicles, equipment, and PPE are compliant and fit for purpose
- Drive and take responsibility for company HGV vehicles (Class 1 or Class 2)
- Carry out dynamic risk assessments and lead toolbox talks on site
- Supervise and allocate work to crews, driving productivity and quality
- Maintain clear communication with Supervisors, teams, and customers
- Complete all job documentation, checklists, and customer paperwork
- Take ownership of on-site health & safety and report incidents promptly
- Support, train, and mentor team members

What You’ll Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence with CPC
- Proven experience leading operational crews in a similar environment
- Strong health & safety knowledge and leadership mindset
- Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
