About The Role
We are looking for HGV Class 1 or Class 2 drivers to work on a full-time basis for days on our wastewater contract.
Driving a vacuum tanker, the work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions. You will be provided with a phone and an app to outline the jobs that have been assigned to you by the Operations Supervisor.
Due to the nature of the role, a full HGV Class 1 or Class 2 UK driver's licence with CPC and have an up-to-date digi tachograph card.

5 in 7 Days 06:00 16:30 / 50 Hours per Week

£16 phr
Responsibilities - But Not Limited To
As an HGV Tanker Engineer, you will:
- Operate HGV-mounted vacuum and tankers for drainage and waste management tasks.
- Independently manage job sites, ensuring safe practices and high-quality work.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Accurately complete job reports and system updates.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting any faults promptly.
- Maintain high health and safety standards, including proper PPE use and regulatory compliance.

Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
- HGV class 1 or class 2 driving licence.
- Valid in-date CPC and up-to-date tacho.
- Minimum of 2 years class 1 class 2 experience.
