Full-Time HGV Tanker Driver Roles (Class 1 & 2)
About the Role
We are looking for HGV Class 1 & 2 drivers to work full time on days for a wastewater contract.
Drivers will operate a vacuum tanker, transporting non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the region. Assigned jobs will be communicated via company app and phone, overseen by the Operations Supervisor.
Key requirements:
- Must hold a full HGV Class 1 or 2 UK licence
- Must possess a valid CPC and an up-to-date digital tachograph card
- Must be available for 4 nights on duty, 4 nights off
Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 6pm to 6am 40.25-hour average per 8-week block
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Location: Harestock
Responsibilities (Key Tasks)
As an HGV Tanker Driver, you will:
- Operate vacuum and tanker vehicles for drainage and waste management tasks
- Independently manage job sites while maintaining safe working practices and high-quality outputs
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Submit accurate job reports and system updates
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report faults promptly
- Maintain health and safety standards, including proper use of PPE and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Licence: Valid HGV Class 1 or 2
- Permissions: Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph approval
- Willingness to work at night (6pm–6am), accommodating the anticipated rosters
