HGV Technician Shift Supervisor – Thurrock DCW
Working Hours: 4 On, 4 Off – 06:00 – 18:00
Salary: £20.09 – £24.70 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package, including:

As HGV Technician Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring safety through excellent Health and Safety protocols
- Support efficient workshop operations with proactive communication
- Deliver a fantastic service to all customers
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organise the workshop team, managing productivity and efficiencies
- Serve as the go-to for support for Technicians and workshop staff
- Provide technical knowledge to both technicians and customers when needed
- Ensure all work meets high standards and is authorised properly
- Promote strict job card accuracy to prevent warranty rejections
- Mentor apprentices to empower them for future leadership roles
