Steadplan Ltd is a group of MAN Dealerships running through the corridor of the M62 motorway network and dominating the North-West.
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated qualified HGV/Van Technicians to join our team.
Locations
Burnley Site
- Located on Lomeshaye Industrial Estate off junction 12 of the M65.
- Features an impressive five-bay workshop spread across two buildings.
- Includes a brand-new sales centre with a prestigious showroom.
- Houses a conversion centre.
Leeds Site
- Located on the Whitehall Industrial Estate, less than two miles from Junction 28 of the M62.
- Boasts a six-bay workshop including a separate Tachograph and diagnostic bay.
- Includes a Truck Sales department with a dedicated MAN Truck and Bus salesperson.

Rochdale Facility
- Brand-new and purpose-built to meet the needs of our growing business.
- Set across three floors, with a fully stocked Parts Department.
- Features a five-bay workshop including a separate Tachograph Centre.
The Role
- Diagnose, Repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles to DVSA standards, achieving a first-time fix.
- Prepare and present vehicles for their annual MOT tests, aiming for a 100% pass rate.
- Attend vehicle breakdowns to effect repairs at roadside where possible.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety, environmental, and recycling policies, plus internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure work areas are clean and tidy to comply with company and manufacturer standards.
- Return all failed parts to the relevant department.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties when required.
