Role Overview
The Operations Lead will collaborate with the Hinchingbrooke Redevelopment Programme team and the New Hospital Programme (NHP) to spearhead the operational and clinical planning for the Trust's hospital redevelopment initiative. They will strategically drive hospital operations, compliance, and patient-centric care to establish Hospital 2.0 for the programme.
Responsibilities
- Be embedded within the HHRP team and work closely with divisions to prioritize structural works.
- Create and forward plan, anticipate and mitigate any impact on operational delivery or patient care that may arise as a result of the works.
- Play an important role in the development of plans for the new hospital, acting as a link between the Hospital Operations teams and core HHRP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership to colleagues across the organization to guide the planning and delivery of structural works.
- Mitigate risks to operational service delivery and ensure duties to EPRR are met through risk management.
- Ensure that project management approaches are embedded across divisions, high standards of governance and risk management are maintained.
- Ensure that teams are working collaboratively to share learning and develop standardized, best practices to decant.
- Report and deliver projects within the defined programme and project management approach.
