High End Bespoke Tailor
Bespoke Tailor/Head Cutter – Saville Row
Role Purpose
Lead the bespoke tailoring operation at Saville Row.
- Drive growth of the bespoke business in the UK and internationally.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Represent the brand at trunk shows, international travel, and key events.
Key Responsibilities
Bespoke Tailoring
- Consult with clients on style, cloth, and design, taking accurate measurements.
- Draft bespoke patterns, cut garments, conduct fittings, and make technical adjustments.
- Oversee production, working closely with tailors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finishing.
- Manage workload and orders, liaising with the Holborn Bespoke Department.
- Travel within the UK and overseas for client appointments and trunk shows.
- Train and mentor apprentice cutters and tailors.

Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value bespoke clients.
- Grow bespoke sales through appointments, trunk shows, and collaboration with Retail, Marketing, and CLSO.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to service and product development.
State Ceremonies
- Provide dressing and tailoring support at state ceremonies and official events.

The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years' experience in high-end bespoke tailoring.
- Expertise in:
- Bespoke pattern drafting, cutting, fittings, and full-canvas construction.
- Knowledge of tailoring fabrics and formal/ceremonial dress.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
