Job Mission

This is a Fixed Term Contract within the UK High End Team until 31st December 2026. The High End Client Manager is responsible for the High End clients portfolio development in order to increase the High End business in the UK Market.

They will define the High End clients strategy and will implement a strong client mindset in our network as well as coordinate the participation to High Jewellery events and other high End local activations.

Act as the main contact for all topics related to clients for the UK High End Community as well as the International Headquarter.

Key Responsibilities

Define and Implement the HE Client Strategy

  • Support High End team in the strategic plan preparation
  • Strategically plan and actively manage the client database to identify high potential profiles, develop strategies and actions to upgrade them and highlight insights on sources of business and the path to growth
  • Elaborate with our Sales Associates Client Action Plans to maximize sales and loyalty of our VIP clients, upgrade the highest potential to High End, awake VIP sleeping clients
  • Coordinate with the Client Experience team the VIP client gifting programme ahead of the Christmas Season

Coordinate the Participation to HJ Events

  • Support in the participation of HJ Regional events in close collaboration with the regional teams (client selection, private viewing organization, etc.)
  • Define in collaboration with the High-End team High Jewellery events sales targets and appointment allocation strategy for the fiscal year
  • Work on client database of potential clients to target HJ events
  • Prepare with the Events team and Sales Expert individual clients treatment packages to optimize client’s satisfaction whilst providing Cartier excellence (activities, agenda, coordination, etc.)
  • Participating, where necessary, to HJ events to support sales experts

Learning & Development, and HE Communities

  • Create and participate in HE trainings on client segmentation and the event format for SAs
  • Nourish and animate the HE communities, with a focus on the client development and treatment side, through different channels with related HE information as agreed with the commercial team

Additional Missions

  • Create strong synergies with the High-End Product Team as well as the Commercial, CRM and Events departments
  • Develop good knowledge of the HE business, HE creations and stock mechanism
  • Organize runners’ lists, access, staff hotel for UK market during HJ events in collaboration with events team
  • Create proposed staffing and T&E forecast for regional and international High Jewellery Events

Profile

  • Previous experience in Business Development or CRM within the Jewellery Industry, experience in High Jewellery is a plus
  • High autonomy and proactivity
  • Curious and collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Fluent in English
