High Net Worth Insurance Adviser

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Location: Taunton Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Lloyd & Whyte, a proud part of the Benefact Group, are seeking a High Net Worth Insurance Adviser to join their High Net Worth & Private Client team in Taunton.

This role requires a relationship-driven insurance professional to act as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service, expert advice, and income targets while supporting the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke private client advice, fulfilling complex needs with tailored solutions and optimal service.
  • Manage renewals and mid-term policy adjustments for existing clients with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Prepare market presentations and new business quotations, ensuring timely completion for both new clients and internal referrals.
  • Monitor policy administration, including client fund collection and compliance, within strict deadlines.
  • Provide holistic advice—offer detailed client reviews, gap analyses, and tailored recommendations, introducing relevant additional products to ensure comprehensive service levels.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and loyalty with clients and partners alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic insurance advice with a focus on client outcomes.
  • Tenacity and resourcefulness to achieve targets and the best outcomes for clients.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and deadline adherence—working efficiently in a regulated and compliant environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous insurance industry experience, particularly within the high-net-worth sector.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance (or commitment to pursue).
