Requirements Credentials: A valid, Western-accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Clinical History: At least 4 years of modern experience inside acute hospital units (ER, ICU, or critical care equivalents). Linguistics: Fluency in both English and Arabic is a non-negotiable prerequisite. Availability: Full readiness to travel worldwide without geographical constraints.
