High Value Cash Associate

Our Transaction Services team are looking for a High Value Cash Associate to join our ever growing team here at Harrods. As a High Value Cash Associate you will be responsible for providing support to the Harrods business in addressing all transaction related queries along with supporting our retail teams in resolving all high value cash transaction queries. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for attending to high value cash transactions, as well as conduct the required business processes to finalise customer transactions whilst providing the required customer due diligence. This includes the management and process of payments made to Harrods via bank transfer. This role is a blend of customer facing and office based responsibilities. As a High Value Cash Associate you will support the Harrods Retail teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in-person. Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully. This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.   • Have strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
  • Have good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation (essential).
  • Have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Be excellent in time-management with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Be able to ensure that customer retail experience is at the forefront of decision making.
  • Be able to have difficult conversations with customers.
  • Be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
