Key Responsibilities: A mixture of providing teaching assistant support within a class, covering classes and leading targeted interventions. Lead whole-class teaching effectively under teacher direction, delivering a broad range of curriculum subjects. Build positive, trusting relationships with children across the school. Confidently implement our approaches to inclusion, behaviour management, and safeguarding policies with consistency. Deliver high-quality interventions that support good rates of pupil progress. Required Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a classroom setting. Ability to lead whole-class teaching sessions with confidence and effectiveness. Skilled in delivering curriculum content across a range of subjects. Strong understanding of inclusive practises, behaviour management, and safeguarding requirements. Experience in leading interventions that improve pupil outcomes. Desirable Qualities: A passionate and reflective practitioner eager to contribute to whole-school success.
