Are you a Life Changer?

We want passionate individuals who are eager to transform the lives of children.

Working with Us

At Compass Community, we prioritise children’s well-being through our therapeutic and innovative approach. Our core values—Integrity, Courage, and Care—underpin everything we do.

Our children have diverse backgrounds, primarily facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). They may also live with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, or histories of trauma and adversity. Many are involved in social care.

As a trauma- and attachment-informed organisation, we provide extensive therapeutic training and support for all staff. Our collaborative, child-centred approach ensures that education professionals, parents/carers, local authorities, and most critically, the children, work together to drive outstanding outcomes for every child.

The Role

Highly Skilled Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) at our school play a unique and essential role. They bring flexibility, resilience, and versatility to support children with complex behaviours and wide-ranging needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
