A new independent school bespoke for SEMH pupils based in Sheffield.
About the Role
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will have the opportunity to join our growing team at an innovative, purpose-built school that supports children with emotional, social, mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and empowered to make decisions—Turning Children’s Lives Around (TCLAR).
Key Objectives:
- Support children and young people to unlock their potential through flexible learning structures.
- Contribute to both our Ofsted-registered school and our ACE (Alternative Provision) at Skills Street Project.
- Operate within a trauma-informed therapeutic framework, tailoring support to meet each child’s unique needs.

Working Hours
- Full-time position (37.5 hours/week).
- Aligned with Sheffield Local Authority term dates.
- Based Monday to Friday.

Job Void Requirements
