A highly successful and welcoming primary school in Wandsworth is seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated early years team.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Confidently lead whole-class learning when required
- Have experience with Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
- Support high standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress
- Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff across the school
- Be organised, proactive and enthusiastic
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Be committed to their own professional development

This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant or existing HLTA who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a positive impact across the primary phase.
