Role Overview
The HST TPD will provide educational leadership and management for HST residents, in accordance with NHSE standards and the requirements of the relevant curricula. The post holder will be responsible for the effective organisation, delivery and quality assurance of the HST training programme covering resident progression, educational governance and support for residents requiring additional input. The TPD will contribute to regional and national training and educational activities as required.

Recruitment Process

This retrieves key data from your current or previous NHS employer to support onboarding, including competency status, Continuous Service Dates (CSD), and annual leave entitlement. Office Requirements
Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices.
