Asset Management Survey Graduate Position – Temporary Contract (Barking & Dagenham)

Looking for graduates to contribute to an asset management survey for a temporary contract in Barking & Dagenham.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include:

  • Conducting regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London.
  • Identifying and documenting missing street signs while recording any damage, vandalism, or deterioration.
  • Assessing the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritise repairs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of repair works.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address key issues.
