Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will combine manual work and outdoor tasks across all seasons:
- Highways repairs: Address potholes, patching, drainage systems, footways, and broader highway maintenance needs.
- Data entry & compliance: Use tablets/applications for safety reporting and maintenance records.
- Driving & equipment operation: (Upon training) Help manage vehicles, plant, and materials in your custody.
- Emergency readiness: Training for winter maintenance + standby duty, including out-of-hours emergencies as part of a rota system.
