Job Title: Hindi Language Expert

Job Summary: As a Hindi Language Expert, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Record high-quality audio samples in native Hindi to enrich AI-driven language models. Accurately transcribe and annotate speech data, ensuring linguistic nuances and context are captured. Collaborate with the customer's team to provide feedback on the effectiveness of AI training workflows. Review, analyze, and refine existing speech datasets for improved language model accuracy. Collect and organize real-world speech data from diverse contexts and speakers. Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality. Communicate insights and progress clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills And Qualifications
Native proficiency in Hindi, with exceptional command of spoken and written forms. Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture linguistic subtleties. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with speech data collection processes. Ability to follow detailed guidelines within structured AI workflows. Comfortable using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience contributing to AI or language technology projects. Access to quality recording equipment (microphone, quiet environment), though not mandatory. Background in linguistics, language teaching, or a related discipline.
