About This Role

Are you an experienced Hiredesk Assistant Manager, Rental Desk Supervisor or Hire Controller looking for your next opportunity? If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, supporting a busy team and delivering excellent customer service, this Hiredesk Assistant Manager role could be exactly what you have been looking for.

  • Support the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the rental desk and confidently step into a leadership role when required.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by managing enquiries, rental agreements, bookings and invoicing accurately.
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs and vehicle availability to keep customers moving.
  • Maintain accurate records, customer documentation and branch administration in line with company procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the branch to ensure the smooth operation of the business and provide support wherever it is needed.

About You

You enjoy working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and take pride in delivering great service. Whether you already have hire desk experience or transferable skills from customer service, fleet, logistics or administration, we would love to hear from you.
