Hiring: Domain Consultant – Specialty Insurance (P&C Insurance)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days WFO per week)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for an experienced Domain Consultant – Specialty Insurance with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join a leading transformation programme in the London Market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse underwriting processes across Specialty Insurance lines including Cyber, Marine, Energy, Professional Liability, and Excess & Surplus (E&S).
- Support the submission-to-bind lifecycle and policy lifecycle activities.
- Understand Broker and MGU distribution channels.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, use cases, process flows, and gap analysis documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital underwriting initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between business and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-go-live activities.

Required Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Strong experience in Specialty Insurance and P&C Insurance.
- Expertise in underwriting and insurance distribution.
- Experience with Business Analysis, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working within the London Market.
- Exposure to specialty insurance platforms.
- Strong understanding of the submission-to-bind lifecycle.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, and AI in the insurance domain.
