Responsibilities

As an English 1 teacher, you'll engage younger learners (ages 3–16) in a dynamic classroom setting. Your tasks include:

  • Designing and delivering high-energy, interactive lessons using our award-winning curriculum.
  • Empowering students with constructive feedback and confidence-building exercises.
  • Participating in school events and cultural engagement activities.
  • Contributing to student retention and motivation.

  • Bachelor’s degree (any subject).
  • Valid passport (access to China required).
  • Genuine passion for education, culture, and global exchange.
  • ESL/TEFL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus, but sponsoring is available.

  • Cleanliness in background checks for China entry.
