About the Role

English 1 is now hiring globally minded individuals for full-time English teaching jobs in China. No prior teaching experience? No problem. We provide:

Responsibilities

  • Teach English to students aged 3–16 in a fun, engaging, and immersive classroom setting

  • Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in English
  • Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • A valid passport
  • A genuine interest in education, travel, or cultural exchange
  • ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA): A plus—required employers can sponsor
  • Must pass a clean background check
