English 1 is recruiting entry-level English teachers to teach English in China.


About the Role

This role is designed specifically for first-time teachers, graduates, and professionals transitioning into education, offering:

Whether you're a recent graduate, new to teaching, or seeking international experience, this opportunity allows you to teach English while gaining professional development and immersive cultural exposure.


Responsibilities

  • Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
  • Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English skills.
  • Participate in school events, cultural activities, and engagement programs.

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any subject)
  • Valid passport
  • Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange
  • Clean background check

Experience (Plus)

  • ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is preferred but can be sponsored.
