About the Role
Explore a stable, full-time teaching role abroad with English 1, designed for entry-level candidates—whether you’re a graduate, recent university leaver, or career-changer with no prior teaching experience.
We seek passionate new teachers to deliver immersive, English-filled classrooms to young learners across China, with hands-on training, structured support, and a path to professional growth—no experience required.
What You’ll Do
Join a vibrant, responsive team of educators within a 21st-century English learning environment. Each day will bring:
- Teach early-stage English to dynamic classes of learners aged 3–16, blending fun, engagement, and real-world communication.
- Implement English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools with creativity and pace.
- Support language learning through constructive feedback and activities that boost confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Participate in school events, student engagement programs, extracurricular activities, and cultural exchange projects.
How We’ll Support You
Join as support from day one, with comprehensive resources and personalised mentorship:
- Competitive compensation:
- Monthly salary + performance bonus after 6 months
- 21 days paid leave (10 paid days + 11 statutory holidays)
