Teach English Overseas with Full Training, Visa Sponsorship & Career Support

We are recruiting entry-level English teachers in China! This role is perfect for first-time teachers, graduates, and career changers. You’ll gain practical teaching experience through structured training, ready-made lessons, and full support—even if you’ve never taught before.

While working in ESL teaching, you’ll also develop transferable skills in project management, customer service, and sales, making this an excellent step toward diverse career paths.


What You’ll Do

  • Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
  • Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback and boost students’ confidence in their English skills.
  • Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

  • A bachelor’s degree (any subject)
  • A valid passport
  • A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange
  • A clean background check
  • ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus (we can sponsor if needed)
