Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the Southeast. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London's largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
What we can offer you
- Hours: 45 hour 8-5 Monday to Friday + call out (Max 1 in 4)
- Pay: Salary starting from £35-45k DOE + Call out and overtime = OTE £60k

Role
- HIU commissioning, servicing and repair and fault finding.
- Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service.
- Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system.
- Participating in manufacturer and in-house training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
- Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times. The role may include some working away from home for short periods.
The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.
The successful candidate will have
- A friendly and professional attitude, you will build strong relationships with our clients and their tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
- Full UK Driving License (essential).
- NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating.
- NVQ L3 Plumbing & Heating desired.
- Previous plumbing and/or heating experience.
- Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding would be desirable.
- A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
