Days: Tuesday - Friday
A wonderful, inclusive primary school in Harrow is looking for an experienced HLTA who's got the heart, the energy, and the talent to help every child feel like a superstar.

What You'll Be Doing As a HLTA
- Supporting children one:to:one and in small groups, helping them find their rhythm and thrive in the classroom.
- Leading classes in the absence of the class teacher.
- Leading learning activities that make every child feel seen, valued, and part of something special.
- Working with pupils who have additional needs, offering patience, encouragement, and a bit of sparkle along the way.
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create lessons that sing: inclusive, creative, and full of life.
- Being that steady, uplifting presence every child deserves, especially on their toughest days.

About You
- Experience as a HLTA, or equivalent, and a real passion for helping children grow.
- Bringing warmth, humour, and a touch of creativity to everything you do.
- Confidence leading groups and stepping up to teach when needed.
- Believing in inclusion, kindness, and giving every child a fair chance to shine.
- Reliability, dedication, and the ability to keep the classroom atmosphere upbeat and inspiring.
