HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) : Full Time
Greenford, Ealing September Start Full Time Primary School
Reeson Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenford that is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or an ambitious Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a Full-Time HLTA, you will play a key role across the school, providing high-quality classroom cover during teachers PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain engaged and continue to make excellent progress in a positive learning environment.
This varied role offers the opportunity to work with children across the primary age range while becoming an integral part of a supportive and collaborative staff team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- HLTA status or equivalent experience within a primary school setting.
- Experience leading whole-class lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
