Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Contract
10 hours per week (1.15pm to 3.45pm, Monday to Thursday)
Collingtree CE Primary School is inclusive and strives to provide the best education and care it can, to help every child, whatever their starting point, to be the best they can be and reach their potential. As such, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who can inspire, motivate and support the children across our school. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Someone Who
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
- Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
- Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.

Collingtree CE Primary school is a proud member of PDET (Peterborough Diocese Education Trust). PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.
