About the HLTA Role in Retford:
This temporary, ongoing HLTA position requires a confident and knowledgeable individual. You will be responsible for covering classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and ensuring the continued progress of pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your ability to maintain high levels of pupil engagement using creative and adaptive methods will be key to your success in this HLTA post in Retford.

- A recognised HLTA qualification (Level 4) or a BA Hons Degree in a relevant subject.
- Proven experience leading groups of primary-aged pupils in a classroom setting.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning.
- The ability to commute to and across Retford.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate, or the willingness to process one.
