HNW / UHNW Private Client Development Executive

HNW / UHNW Private Client Development Executive Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Salary: Negotiable + Bonus

We’ve been looking after our client’s insurance needs for over 35 years, we look after clients across the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth arena ensuring their assets whether that’s their historic town house, art collection or estates have the best possible cover in place.

Our team is going from strength to strength and to ensure we continue to provide outstanding levels of service to our clients we're looking to add to the team with a Development Executive to focus on building our client base further.

In this role you'll be focused on developing new and restoring old relationships across the HNW and UHNW Insurance market with the main focus on the Property side, covering off all associated lines at the same time whilst working closely with the team to ensure everything gets done quickly and efficiently.

The day to day:

Proactively developing and managing client requirements across their portfolio's including from new business leads to quotation and beyond. Assist the directors with some renewals, additional quotations, mid term adjustments and associated pieces as required Developing and managing a network of introducers within professional services. Ensure all client data is up to date and accurate on Acturis Negotiating with underwriters and ensuring all documentation is correct prior to issuing Working with colleagues on a collaborative basis to ensure all clients (including ones not in your portfolio) are provided with a high level of service. Undertaking due diligence checks on potential customers Assisting with credit control where required Building strong working relationships with stakeholders (both internally and externally) Assisting the directors with larger more complex cases as required Achieve New Business / Retention targets

About you:

Strong working knowledge of the Private Client Insurance landscape, which should include exposure to Fine Art, Listed / Heritage Properties, Farms and Estates and the associated Motor and Liability Policies A proven track record of generating new business within the Private client market You’ll have a rounded skill set that includes high level communication (both written and verbal), sales, influencing, negotiation, administrative and IT skills coupled with working knowledge of MS Office products Exposure to Insurance broking platforms (Acturis) would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided You’ll also need to have a good telephone manner with the ability to adapt to situations A full driving licence would be highly beneficial due to the requirement for client visits
