Holiday Camp Manager (Casual)

Company Description & Role Overview

6 weeks of work from 20th July 2026 Location: Quayside Youth Centre, Southwick, BN42 4RE £13.40 per hour | Mon–Fri | 35–40 hours per week

Natural leader? Thrives in fast-paced environments?

We’re hiring Holiday Camp Managers to lead our Holiday HQ summer camp for 4–12-year-olds. This isn’t just activity coordination—it’s camp ownership: running the camp, shaping the energy, and mentoring a team under your guidance.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll:

  • Ultimately manage the camp experience, ensuring structure, creativity, and unforgettable energy.
  • Lead Activity Coaches in delivering engaging activities.
  • Oversee smooth daily operations (pacing, routines, and efficiency).
  • Be the primary parent liaison on-site, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Manage safety during excursions, including incident response and escalation.
  • Set and uphold high standards, fostering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
