About the Role

KOOSA Kids, the UK’s leading provider of affordable, high-quality before/after school and holiday club childcare, are now recruiting Holiday Club Activity Coaches at their venue at The Heights Primary School, Caversham.

We’re hiring enthusiastic team members with ongoing availability across school holidays, including:

  • Summer Holidays (22nd July – 28th August)
  • Future opportunities for October Half Term, Christmas, February, and Easter

Applications are welcomed from sixth-form or college students (aged 17+ or due to turn 17) with no prior childcare experience required.


Key Responsibilities

As a Holiday Club Coach, you’ll:

  • Deliver energetic, engaging activities for children aged 4–13, ensuring all take part and have as much fun as possible
  • Work under the guidance of the Holiday Club Supervisor to organise, deliver, and manage activities for assigned groups
  • Maintain child safety, behaviour, and engagement while following KOOSA’s high standards
  • Assist with club operations, including administrative tasks and programme adherence
  • Foster a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and enjoy themselves

Ideal for:

  • Sixth-form/college students
  • Teaching assistants, early-years educators, pre-school nursery staff, or those with primary/secondary school experience
