Holiday Club Worker (Fun Week Session Leader) – Studley Leisure Centre, Warwickshire
Let’s Play are looking for passionate individuals who can deliver high-standard, inclusive, and educational activities for children aged 5–12 during our Fun Week sessions at Studley Leisure Centre.
Activities may include:
- Multi-Sports
- Performing Arts/Dance
- Swimming
- Bouncy Castle/Soft Play
- Team Games
- Esports
- Lazer Tag
- Nerf Wars
- Lego Building
- Arts & Crafts

Essential Requirements
✅ A keen interest and passion for working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children. ✅ Willingness to develop skills in coaching and activity delivery. ✅ Punctual, reliable, and committed to the role. ✅ Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children (ages 5–12). ✅ Strong communication and organisational skills. ✅ Ability to interact effectively with children, teachers, and parents.

Preferred (but not essential) Requirements
🔹 Clean UK driving licence. 🔹 Previous experience working in a childcare setting. 🔹 Willingness or experience to deliver activities like Multi-Sports, Arts & Crafts. 🔹 Completed relevant courses at Sixth Form, College or University. 🔹 Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification. 🔹 Level 1 (or above) Sports Coaching qualification.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Deliver challenging yet fun sessions tailored for primary-aged children. 🎯 Foster a positive learning environment, adapting activities for mixed abilities. 🎯 Follow the Let’s Play coaching philosophy: continuous support, challenge and engagement. 🎯 Assess and address individual child needs, ensuring activities are both inclusive and development-focused. 🚂 Handle basic first aid and emergency situations confidently. 📞 Maintain clear communication with parents/carers regarding sessions. ⏳ Commit to delivering consistently high-standard sessions with creativity and passion.
