Holiday Club Play Leader
Let's Play Fun Week Activity Coordinator – Fareham Leisure Centre
Let's Play are looking for individuals who can deliver engaging activities during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays at Fareham Leisure Centre. You’ll deliver sessions to a high standard, ensuring inclusivity and enjoyment for children aged 5–12, of mixed abilities.
The daily programme includes a variety of activities, such as:
- Multi-Sports
- Performing Arts/Dance
- Swimming
- Bouncy Castle/Soft Play
- Team Games
- Esports
- Laser Tag
- Nerf Wars
- Lego Building
- Arts & Crafts

Essential Requirements
- Passionate about working with and facilitating games/activities for primary-aged children.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions.
- Experience in leading activities for 5–12-year-olds.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- Approachable and professional when liaising with parents/teachers/managers.

Preferred Requirements
- UK driving license (clean).
- Childcare industry experience (occasional or full-time).
- Experience/keen interest in additional activities (e.g., arts & crafts, sports coaching).
- Completed relevant Sixth Form, College, or University courses.
- Level 2+ Childcare qualification.
- Level 1+ Sports Coaching qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver challenging yet fun, high-standard sessions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and educational environment.
- Adhere to Let’s Play’s coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
- Tailor sessions to individual child needs (challenging appropriately for all).
- Handle basic first aid/emergencies confidently.
- Maintain parent communication professionally.
- Commit to consistent high-quality delivery and creative engagement.
