The Role
- Create Holiday Dreams: Assist families in securing their dream holiday home, backed by training and full support.
- Build Lasting Bonds: Connect with existing owners to facilitate seamless part-exchanges for their current homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise and close high-value holiday home sales.
- Provide personalised recommendations based on client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and returning owners.
- Operate within legislative and financial compliance guidelines.
Requirements
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Proven sales experience (e.g., Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills—self-motivated, confident, and eager to deliver top-tier customer service.
- A results-driven mindset, particularly in high-value sales environments.
- Familiarity with financial governance, credit processes, and estate/caravan market dynamics is a bonus.
- A full UK driving license (beneficial, but not mandatory).
