Job Title: Holiday Lettings Manager
Location: Shanklin

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm (Day in lieu), on call for emergencies

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Holiday Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in managing and leading a team to drive performance, enhance skills and create a positive culture. Experience in the property sector would be beneficial, but not essential.
Duties will include:
- Direct and lead the operations of the Island Holiday Homes Lettings team.
- Appraisal and instruction of holiday home rental properties.
- Deliver excellent customer care.
- Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
- Staff training and development.
- Manage the overall success of the Holiday Lettings team.
- Meet and exceed targets for the business.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.

- Team management experience.

- A full UK driving license.
