Pay: £13.64
⏰ Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Weekday & weekend shifts
Help Keep Our Home Running Smoothly
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Home Administrator to join the team at Barnes Lodge
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll help keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly – from supporting staff and residents to managing records, payroll and day-to-day administration.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Staff Payroll & Personnel Records – keep things accurate and running smoothly
- Financial Records – track income, expenses, budgets and petty cash
- Supplies & Deliveries – make sure everything arrives on time
- New Resident Admissions – help welcome and set up paperwork
- Team Induction & Training – support new staff as they join
- Health, Safety & Confidentiality – ensure policies and records are followed
You’ll Probably Enjoy This Role If You…
