We provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes by building trusting and long-lasting relationships. Job Description As a Care Assistant for Home Instead Westminster you would be no ordinary Care Assistant! Home Instead is the highest reviewed Home Care Company, providing the very best home care. With visits of at least two hours you will have plenty of time to provide our clients with the help they need. A Care Assistant for Home Instead is a trusted companion for our clients as we strive to cut out loneliness and isolation in our local community. As well as personal care we support our clients by taking them out shopping, helping with the housework, going for a walk or attending a social event or even just a cup of tea and a friendly face. Qualifications Warm and approachable character Willingness to adapt to the changing demands of your clients. Must be compassionate! Great hours available for those willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends Willingness to learn (full training will be given) Additional Information Benefits of a being a care assistant include: 2 hours minimum client calls, often longer.
