The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Support daily tasks such as meals, medication reminders, and housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Carry out regular wellbeing checks
- Follow care plans and company procedures
- Work as part of a supportive care team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Caring, reliable and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
- Willingness to complete background checks
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
- Class 1 Business Insurance (or willing to obtain)
