Home Care Assistant - Helsby / Runcorn Area
💷 £250 Welcome Bonus | 🚗 Mileage Paid
🕒 Flexible Hours (7am-10pm, Mon-Sun) | Zero-Hour Contract
📍 Local Role - Helsby & Surrounding Areas
We are recruiting Home Care Assistants to work across Helsby and nearby areas of Runcorn.
✅ You must be able to reliably travel locally between care calls
🚗 Driving is preferred due to community-based work

The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out wellbeing and safety checks
- Follow care plans and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience preferred, but not essential
- Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- 🚗 Ability to travel between clients in the Helsby/Runcorn area
