Salary £13.45 – £13.80 per hour

About Us

Radfield Home Care (Derby, Ashbourne & South Derbyshire) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to join our team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The perfect candidate will prioritise independence, dignity, and the overall well-being of those they assist.

Essential Requirements

✔ Must be over 18 years old ✔ Must have own transport and be able to drive ✔ No sponsorship required ✔ Available to work between 7am – 10pm ✔ Eligible for enhanced DBS and satisfactory references (due to vulnerable client access)


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
  • Transport clients safely to appointments or social outings (using your own vehicle)
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in a client’s condition
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
  • Use IT systems for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to boost social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere
