- Salary: £13.45 – £13.80 per hour

Job Overview
We’re seeking a reassuring and dedicated Home Care Professional to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will champion independence, uplift quality of life, and treat every interaction with compassion.
Essential Requirements
- Must drive and possess your own vehicle
- Must be over 18 years old
- Cannot require sponsorship
- Willing to work between 7am and 10pm
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will involve enhanced DBS checks along with satisfactory references due to direct client contact.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including:
- Personal care assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication management
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Drive clients to/from appointments, social events, and errands
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and promptly report any changes in client condition
- Ensure the client’s living environment is safe, clean, and tailored to their well-being
- Utilise IT systems for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance social interaction and mental engagement
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive relationship
