About the role As a Casual Home Care Services Employee supporting clients in Northam, York and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
To support our client needs, we are seeking candidates across weekdays between 9am - 5pm.

- Earn $31.13 - $34.59 plus superannuation per hour + Casual allowance + paid travel time + 99c/km mileage reimbursement

What do we need from you? You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
