Position: Home Care Worker – Domiciliary (Driver with Own Vehicle Required)

What You Will Do
As a Home Care Worker, your role will be essential yet varied:
- Provide Personal Care – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, always prioritising dignity.
- Support Daily Living – Prepare meals, manage medication, do light housework and help shop.
- Offer Companionship – Build trust and ** connexion** with clients to reduce loneliness.
- Conduct Wellbeing Checks – Regularly assess clients’ mental and physical support needs.
- Ensure Compliance – Follow safety, privacy and high-quality care standards religiously.
- Advance Best Practice – Share your experiences to continuously improve services.

- Experience in Care (not essential but preferred) – A genuine caring attitude takes priority.
- Positive, Friendly Approach – Having an empathetic demeanour makes all the difference.
- Strong Communication – Clear, supportive dialogue with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to Immediate Need – Willing to adapt to unpredictable shifts, working weekends and evenings.
- Clear Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle – Required to drive clients between visits; inclusion of Class 1 business insurance preferred but understood (Will be required for applicants after interim checks).
- Willingness for Background Checks – Exceeding security standards for vulnerable care.
